2. Serve the family of God by rebuking your leaders fairly! (v. 19-21)
3. Serve the family of God by choosing your leaders wisely! (v. 22-25)

Questions for Discussion

• How well do you honor leaders?  What might be the reasons you do well or struggle with this?  Have you worked through those things or are they continuing to affect you?
• How well do you rebuke leaders fairly?  Are you quick to rebuke or slow to rebuke?  Do you do so fairly?  What might this look like?
• How well do you choose leaders?  What do you look at as crucial in leaders you choose?  Does that line up with what Scripture says is important?
• All of us are called to lead in some capacity, how well is your life lining up with what is required of leadership?
• What is God moving in you to do, remember or change as a result of what you have heard today?
